I will assist you by answering any questions through the online platform but this plan will not include any coaching calls or additional support outside of the automated program. This is the perfect plan for a self-motivated individual who has the self-discipline to follow a daily practice and does not require outside coaching. This is a year-long habits-based nutrition program that is billed quarterly with no contract, cancel anytime. Only three openings at this price point. $25 per month with a 3 month commitment.
