My services include customized running plans based on your fitness abilities, lifestyle and goals. Strength programs are strategically integrated into your training plan to help you run smarter, faster and with less risk of injury.

STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RUNNERS PACKAGES

The Warm up.

You wouldn’t start an exercise session without a warm up, would you? So why would you hire a trainer without warming up to them first? Fill out my online assessment so we can talk about your unique goals and how we can work together to accomplish them. 

The Starting Line $60

The Starting Line package includes a one hour fitness strategy session that will provide the baseline and structure to develop your custom training plan. Let's meet in the Shredshed to talk over your unique goals and lifestyle and to perform a fitness assessment. After our session I will email you a one month training plan. You will have access to me for the month if you have any questions along the way. This is a great plan for people who have some fitness experience and are self-motivated but want some personalized direction on how to get started accomplishing their goals

The Sprint $95

The Sprint package includes a one hour strategy session and a single 35 minute personal training session

If you would like to try out a session before committing to a multi-session package, this is the plan for you.

Speed for the Long Haul

With The Speed For The Long Haul packages, you will get a one hour fitness strategy session, personalized workout plan, personalized support in and out of the gym and nutritional guidance.

Speed for the Long Haul packages are billed monthly. Pay as you go. No contracts. Cancel anytime.

One hour strategy session= One time fee of $60

Personal training sessions = $35.00 for 35 minutes, billed monthly

Once a month $35.00 per month

Once a week $140 per month (4 sessions per month)

Twice a week $280 per month (8 sessions per month)

Join Fit to Run Boot Camp. Get access to a certified personal trainer and running coach in a small group training setting.
