Fit to Run boot camp is a strength training program that helps runners earn PRs, get stronger, run faster and become less prone to injury by using science-based training methods.
Fit to Run programming includes HIIT, endurance, aerobic, interval and strength workouts to improve fitness and running performance. Side effects may include fat loss, more energy, stress reduction and reduced/eliminated joint pain.
We meet at a track, but this is not a typical track or running program. We will do exercises and circuits that are similar to a fitness boot camp, only tailored towards the specific strength needs of runners.
Only 10 people accepted per four week period. Our groups are small so our clients receive personalized attention and form correction for maximum effectiveness and individual focus. Apply for your spot now. Once accepted into the program your spot is guaranteed month-to-month unless you cancel.

WHERE iS FIT TO RUN BOOT CAMP?
We meet at the Birdville track in Haltom City (outside Fort Worth).
Track Main Entrance, Haltom City, TX. The entrance is on the southeast corner of the stadium/track.
WHEN IS FIT TO RUN BOOT CAMP?
Strength sessions are held in Fort Worth 6am Monday, Wednesday, Friday and a free community boot camp every Saturday.

HOW MUCH IS FIT TO RUN BOOT CAMP?
Fit to Run Boot Camp is $30 per week, billed every four weeks. Attend unlimited sessions per four week period.
Billed Monthly 4 weeks = $30 per week ($120 per month), recurring, cancel anytime.
Billed Quarterly 12 weeks = $25 per week ($300 per quarter), recurring, cancel anytime.
Each month attend unlimited weekly sessions up to three times a week for maximum results. Each member will receive one-on one-fitness measurements, goal setting assistance and group fitness testing to measure personal progress. Members will also receive at-home workouts & tips to implement in between sessions, as well as nutritional guidance. New members receive a swag bag.
