Lea has been great in knowing what I need for my goals. She’s been supportive and educative. As we work out, I know why I’m doing the exercises that I’m doing. I also have a bad knee, she has helped me to modify and strengthen where I can fully get the benefits of a workout. It’s also great to see her motivation in loving what she does because she does it too!
