ONLINE COACHING CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PLAN
Whether you are looking to improve your half marathon time or run a 5K for the first time, we will develop a training plan that is built to your specific needs, goals and abilities. Let us help you reach your running goals with customized training that integrates strength training into the plan.
NOT YOUR AVERAGE COUCH TO 5K TRAINING GROUP
5K training group not currently in session. Please fill out the form to be notified of new sessions. Calling all new runners in DFW to join our Couch to 5K training group. Train with a certified coach and other new runners just like you to go from couch to 5K in just 8 weeks. New to running? This is the group for you! (Participants should be able to walk one mile before beginning this program.)
Program includes weekly in-person sessions that include a dynamic warm-up, strength training, running drills and training to successfully complete a 5K.
What makes us different? We incorporate strength training into our run workouts to ensure you run strong and reduce the risk of injury for new runners!
