Lean and Green Protein Smoothie

Enjoy a lean and green protein smoothie. I shared this recipe over on my running blog, Running with Ollie. 

A green smoothie is a delicious way to sneak in an extra serving of leafy green veggies. Add spinach to your shake and you won't even taste it!  I usually enjoy a protein shake as the perfect post-workout meal. It is an easy, tasty way to replenish those carbs and get in the muscle recovery protein after a workout. Enjoy within 30 minutes after your workout for best results.
