I am leading the indoor Bodyweight Bootcamp at ComCardio in Hurst, TX.
If when you think of a bootcamp, you conjure up images of a drill sergeant screaming at the suffering participants, you haven't been to ComCardio's Bodyweight Bootcamp!
At Bodyweight Bootcamp you will burn major calories while having fun with cardio and strength exercises using your own bodyweight as the resistance. We are an inclusive and supportive class that is appropriate for all fitness levels.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:
Wear comfortable workout clothes (avoid cotton if possible) and cross training shoes
Bring a mat or borrow one in the studio
Bring a water bottle
WHAT TO EXPECT:
10-15 minutes of a dynamic stretching to prep our bodies for a workout.
15-20 minutes bodyweight circuit 1
15-20 minutes bodyweight circuit 2
5-10 minutes static stretching/cool down
