If when you think of a bootcamp, you conjure up images of a drill sergeant screaming at the suffering participants, you haven't been to ComCardio's Community Bootcamp!
At Community Bootcamp you will burn major calories while having fun with cardio and strength exercises using your own body weight, medicine balls and resistance bands! We are an inclusive and supportive class that is appropriate for all fitness levels. Spaces are limited because we want to be able to give you individual attention you deserve. It's 100% free but you must reserve your spot and sign the liability waiver online in advance.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:
Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothes and cross training shoes.
Bring a mat (we will be on the ground outdoors) or borrow one in the studio.
Bring a water bottle, we have water in the studio for refills.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
5-10 minutes of a dynamic warm up to prep our bodies for a workout.
Strength and cardio circuits using your own body weight, medicine balls and resistance bands.
A challenging full body workout to include strength and cardio exercises that can be scaled for all fitness levels. Everyone is welcome.
5-10 minutes static stretching/cool down
Class runs from 45 minutes to an hour
